LYDIE UWUMUTABAZI holds a Bachelor¿s degree in Sciences with Education; MED Curriculum Instructions; MED Special Needs Education. She is the author of the book, Early Intervention for Children with Disabilities. She works for National University of Rwanda as Education Capacity Development and Pedagogy Specialist.
