Autorenporträt
I am a farmer. I am a daughter. I am a sister. I am a teacher. I am a wife. I am a mother. I am a grandmother. I am a reader. I am a thinker. I have always been a writer. My life experiences have given me a "down to earth" approach to writing for an audience. I lean toward exaggerating or expanding reality in my writing style and technique. Becoming a published author is just another extension of who I am. My parents were farmers who accomplished their goal of sending four children to college. All four became educators. I have also been blessed with a wonderful husband, a beautiful daughter, the perfect son-in-law, and the most amazing granddaughter. I've been a writer since the third grade when I added a sentence to all of my greetings. My teacher was impressed and suggested that I could become a writer. The seed was planted and I have been writing my entire life. After teaching for thirty years, I finally have time to write the books I have always wanted to write. That is my life story!
