Lea was the more outgoing one who was wild in the streets. She never cared what anyone had to say about her. She was never looking for love, just scheming for money. "Cash ruled everything around her"; that was her motto. Would she stoop so low as to con her best friend, Laylani? Was being money-hungry going to catch up with her? Was all the dirt that she has done to people going to come back and haunt her? Because when it's all said and done, karma gets the last say so in the end.
Autorenporträt
Latifah Ponder's dad named her after the queen herself, Queen Latifah, and her nickname became "Queenlala." She is from a small town in Georgia named Greenville, where she attended school until her junior year. She then moved to Senoia, Ga., where she graduated from high. school. She started writing in middle school and would often compose short poems, which eventually blossomed into great, fictional stories. A talkative person, she developed a passion for writing because it gave her the chance to express herself without judgment and coming off as too chatty. This is her first book, but she plans to write many others. She lives in Greenville with her husband and son.
