The understanding of the theory of the international systems, which allows to consider integration as a process of interaction between the parts of a larger reality, as well as with the whole picture itself, assumes the interaction in educational systems not only as moments of positive inter-dependency (solidarity) but rather as moments of confrontation and mutual aims (cooperation). Either with the view on the international system - when giving the global and then regional contextualization the issue deserves - or with an actor centered approach - when delivering information about the selected actors involved, at both level again- my final wish is to show the multidimesionality of 'Education' by releasing a work based on a structurationalist/comprehensive approach, with an emphasis put slightly from a conceptualization to an operationalization focus.
