Yet,these students often seek and gain entrance to such schools. This book examines the experiences of teachers in a particular Christian school in meeting the needs of struggling students. The instructional strategies used for two boys with low achievement are reviewed in light of Biblical mandates and of scientifically-based methods. The results are intended to enable all educators, as well as those in Christian schools, to apply relevant outcomes to their own situations.

June R. Leasure, PhD, is a school psychologist and adjunct professor at Muskingum University. She has experience as teacher and principal in Christian elementary and secondary schools. Laura S.Fowler, PhD, is a Senior Lecturer at Texas State University. Her courses include such as Inclusion Strategies for Students with Disabilities.
