In this short book of poetry Lauren takes you through the ups and downs, twists and turns, and every nook and cranny of healing. Speaking to the varying emotions and degree of acceptance, grief, joy, peace, and ultimate self-love through imagery, metaphor, and directly to the heart of you. How do we reconcile the past, implement the lessons, and bring forth the future- all in one lifetime; through healing because it is the nectar and elixir.
