Layla Freeman is a wife, mother, friend and encourager to all. She is also the author of the weekday encouragement blog, "Layla's Light," which she has been writing since 2001. She is also a Business Owner/Vice President, Congregational Care Minister, Stephen Ministry Leader, Lay Servant, Speaker and volunteer for several worthy causes. In addition, she is also the C.E.O. and Founder of a Non-Profit ministry called "Light of Hope, Inc." Layla founded this outreach to help individuals and families struggling with addiction, depression and other life challenges. Because of her own life experiences in these areas, she has a passion to help those who are also facing difficult times. Her writing is empowered by the truth of God's unconditional love and forgiveness, and the hope we find in God's promises.
