This power electronics book deals with the study, the control and the modeling of DC-DC converters, single phase and three phase's inverters. In this book a course and exercises are proposed allowing electrical engineering students to be able to control the operation of semiconductor power switching scheme (diodes, transistors, thyristors) and to analyze the operation of: converters with direct link (parallel converter and serial converter, reversible converter (reversible current converter, reversible voltage converter and current/voltage reversible converter), converter with indirect link…mehr

This power electronics book deals with the study, the control and the modeling of DC-DC converters, single phase and three phase's inverters. In this book a course and exercises are proposed allowing electrical engineering students to be able to control the operation of semiconductor power switching scheme (diodes, transistors, thyristors) and to analyze the operation of: converters with direct link (parallel converter and serial converter, reversible converter (reversible current converter, reversible voltage converter and current/voltage reversible converter), converter with indirect link (converter capacitive accumulation and inductive accumulation ), tree phase's inverters with adjacent and disjointed control, the single phase autonomous inverter (half and full bridge inverter). Furthermore, static DC-DC converter, AC-DC Rectifier and DC-AC inverter modeling are developed in this book to define the control laws, in order to obtain a level performance such as: Static accuracy,Bandwidth, response time, overtaking, Power factor and Harmonic Spectrum.
