Produktbeschreibung
In Conscious Motherhood, Casadevall does an exhaustive review of the fundamental issues surrounding the first two years of parenting, from her experience as a midwife and the love of a mother: starting with the postpartum and breastfeeding, passing through the role of the couple during pregnancy. parenting, the baby's sleep, the introduction to complementary feeding, movement or play and addressing aspects such as returning to work, the option of taking a leave of absence to care for or the importance of forming a tribe in this important period of our lives. 'The objective of this book is to tell you about motherhood from a sincere and kind place, a real motherhood, without taboos and without guilt, so that you know what can happen, what you can feel, what you are going to experience (or not). I intend to give you tools and share with you the experiences of so many mothers whom I have accompanied throughout my career. My intention is to give voice to our experiences so that, when a woman feels alone or lost, she can turn to these pages and see that we have all gone through the same thing, because mothers only seek this: to feel accompanied, understood, supported and less alone on the path of motherhood and parenting.
