Lalit Das, Indian Police Service is presently Additional Director General of Police, Odisha. An alumnus of NIT Rourkela , Indian Institute of Technology, Madras , Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a member of the UN world peace-keeping force, a saxophone player, a cyclist and marathon runner, an avid golfer, he has achieved success in various fields he has ventured into. His articles on policing, environmental and social issues have been published in national and international magazines and journals of repute.
