This study focuses on the "multiplicity of rural development projects, farmers' organizations and impact on local development: the case of the Menoua Division in West Cameroon". It was carried out in 2015, and presents an improvement in the living conditions of populations influenced by the behaviour of FO members who face a plethora of rural development projects. Thus, the aim of this work was to analyze the motivations, perceptions, management strategies of activities, and adaptation of FOs in the face of this multiplicity of projects and finally to see their impact on local development.

Lando Loyem Nathalie is a researcher and PhD student of Rural Sociology in Faculty of Agronomy and agricultural sciences of University of Dschang Cameroon. Her domain of expertise include social psychology and Rural development in integreted Rural Development. She has published articles also in this domain.
