After collating the data from the survey a discussion is followed under the various themes namely; talent management and job satisfaction, talent management and turnover, talent management and employee retention and the cost of employee turnover. This study provides information on the data analysed from the study. Assumptions are drawn to show the importance of talent management and the cost to a company if talent is lost.
