How many times have you brought a Book and Know nothing about the Author, though He or She is a great read. I believe a Book has it's opportunity to mean more to the reader than just a Story. The greatest experience in reading is to feel that in moments of time the lines will grasp and thread you into true experiences and that the Author has a real grasp of something you can identify with and share. In that moment you come to realize that the Author has experienced what you hold in your hands. I grew up in a middle class neighborhood before my Parents painful break up. I was thrust into the 'Hood' of South Centeral LA.Good/Bad it shaped me. It was a time when choices were short roads in any direction. I learned to read and appreciated the awesome power of the written language from Comic Books. An escape.When you read what I have written you will get a sense of it's realness and none of the Books from me to you are pasted lines they have a depth of realness...
