Lidian Meng, male, born in December 2001, from Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, member of the Chinese Society of Sports Science. Graduated from Harbin Sport University, and studied for a master's degree at Huaibei Normal University. Published three papers, authorized two national patents, and published a book.
