Liliana Nicoleta Simionescu has obtained MSc degree in Economics and Finance in 2012 at University of Kent, Canterbury, UK. Currently is a Teaching Associate PhD Student at Bucharest University of Economic Studies. As PhD Student in Finance she is the author of several articles published in reputed journals on corporate finance, her research topic.
