BIBHAKTA MANISHA O FOOTPATH RA GALPA is a collection of 25 powerful short stories of Lingaraj Mahapatra. Most of these short stories have been published from time to time in several Odia literary journals and have earned the appreciation of the readers for unusual and often offbeat narratives. The stories explore the divergence between the inner aspirations, dreams, conflicts, apprehensions and turbulence and the reality of the external world and the inexorable events, which shape the life of a person. Each man is split and divided between the two worlds, and the turmoil between them. While dreams and vision shape man's inner turmoil, the stark events and reality ultimately shape his life and destiny. The stories showcase the perpetual conflict between the two domains, the inner and the outer world forcing the man to search for his identity, compromising, grieving and getting torn between dreams and reality. The stories are divided man's journey in life's winding footpath.Hinweis: Dieser Artikel kann nur an eine deutsche Lieferadresse ausgeliefert werden.
