A native Californian, Linda L. Yee wrote the original manuscript for Big Red Things in 1977, while she was still in high school. Linda felt the pain of rejection many times due to the physical limitations imposed by cerebral palsy. She found great joy, satisfaction, and acceptance by writing stories. Today, Linda and her husband,Steve are happily married in Alexandria, VA. They have two beautiful daughters, Shasta and Hannah.
