Dr. Linda Combs is an educator who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching from Sam Houston State University with advanced degrees, Master of Education and Doctor of Education, from Texas A&M University. She has extensive training and experience in project and human resources management. Her husband, Greg, has a background in the energy industry that also includes experience and training in all aspects of management. Both of them have been responsible for developing and overseeing multi-million dollar budgets and associated projects.
