This study sought to identify the issues and challenges facing secondary school libraries in Katlehong. Results revealed that school libraries in Katlehong face challenges that includes lack of staff, outdated and inadequate collection, poorly organized books, lack of funds and absence of guidelines and leadership from the Department of Education.
