Lindsay Johnson's own conditioning and postpartum journey was the inspiration for this book, wanting to share her experiences and help others deal with the joys and challenges of the roller coaster ride that is new motherhood. She is the cofounder and co-owner of Kings Medical & Wellness in Charleston, South Carolina. Lindsay began her career as a professional and hall of fame volleyball player post college. She is now an energy-based wellness coach, certified personal trainer, certified pre & post-natal yoga instructor, and human design facilitator. Originally from Illinois, she has lived in Charleston for the past 15 years, now with her husband Tyler, son Kingston, and their dog Butterbean Jean. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, self-care, yoga, meditation, and golf.
