The greatest qualification we can achieve in life is to learn and grow through our life experiences. Some pass with flying colours, and some resist their tutorial and have to keep repeating till they finally pass. Lisa's external background and qualifications include: U3A Writing Group, Toastmasters, Counselling Diploma, and Certified Emotion Code Practitioner.
