Autorenporträt
LYNELLE ECK has always been interested in words, what they mean, how we use them in diff erent contexts. That interest fl ourished as she combined her Secondary Education English degree and her work experience in the corporate world. When she retired, a portion of her volunteer work was in her grandchildren's grade school, and it was there the desire to write children's books was born. This, the first of her endeavors, merges her fascination with words, her love of teaching and her writing. And, if you enjoyed this book, there are plans for similar ones in the future.
