The book has two main purposes:To develop an ideal Integrated Stakeholder Relationships Management Model and to empirically test the model in a group of sample organizations. The book is the first work that combines stakeholder relationships with the management process of a group of Information Technologies organizations. Conceptually, the model is based on the principles of systems thinking and integrated management approach.
