K P Singh did his M.Sc. in Agricultural Sciences from MeerutUniversity, while MLIS, M.Phil. and Ph.D. in Library &Information Science from University of Delhi and GNDU, Amritsar(Punjab) in 1997, 2004 and 2007. Currently Senior AssistantProfessor in LIS, University of Delhi & Principal Investigatorfor a major research project of DRDO.
