Autorenporträt
Dr. Pavi Kundhal is an experienced weight loss surgeon and Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine. He completed his medical school and surgical training at the University of Toronto. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor (Adjunct) at McMaster University. Dr. Kundhal has helped thousands of patients lose weight through surgery and lifestyle modification. Through this experience, he has found that regardless of how his patients have lost weight, his most successful patients have made the mindshift necessary to achieve and maintain weight loss. He has structured this journal with daily writing activities to cultivate this critical mindshift. His motivation in creating this journal is to equip people with the tools necessary to achieve health through lasting weight loss.
