The application of Deconstruction on both constitutions reveals some tribal features in the Medinian pluralistic society , the ambiguity of some clauses in the American constitution and even the presence of some Islamic roots in the American legal system. the projections of Chaos Theory on the two political systems allow us to determine the referring points using simple and double pendulums. A questionnaire proves that people are the enemies of what they do not know.
