Mo''ez Al-Islam Faris is a Jordanian researcher, was born in Kuwait in 1976. Now he is an assistant prof. in human nutrition, Petra University, Faculty of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences, Department of Nutrition. He earned his PhD (2008), M.Sc. (2000) and B.Sc. (1998)in the field nutrition and food sciences from the University of Jordan.
