Moreover it has been tried to represent the absolute values of the loads applied on bone and an assistive device in walking of paraplegic subjects. The material of this book can be used to design various assistive devices in order to improve the performance of this group of subjects and to improve their physiological health.

Mohammad Taghi Karimi is currently an Assistant Professor of Rehabilitation Faculty of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, Isfahan Iran. He has published more than 50 papers in high rank journals on biomechanics, motion analysis and rehabilitation of handicapped subjects.
