Maqasid al-shari'ah is one of the discipline in Islamic jurisprudence that combines the elements of usul al-fiqh and qawa'id al-fiqhiyyah. Mohd Shahid bin Mohd Noh was graduated from Maahad Al-Qiraat Al-Azhar, specialized in Qiraat and Ulum Al-Quran.Then,he obtained Master in Business Administration(MBA-Muamalah) from Selangor International Islamic University College(KUIS) and Master in Islamic Finance Practice (MIFP) from INCEIF.He is currently completing his PHD on Islamic finance.
