The book has eleven chapters which covers a variety of aspects in the history of Lesotho.

Dr Mokete Pherudi is the Head of Early Warning at CISSA Secretariat in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. He is a published author who has worked throughout the continent on peace and security issues. He has served in several mediation processes including Madagascar, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Lesotho and Zimbabwe.
