Christine Chitnis is a writer and photographer based in Providence, Rhode Island. She is the author of Patterns of India (Clarkson Potter, 2020), and of the upcoming Patterns of Portugal (Clarkson Potter, Spring 2024). Christine is also a contributor to publications including the New York Times, Elle, Martha Stewart Living, Travel + Leisure, and Condé Nast Traveler. Monica Dorazewski is an illustrator and artist and finds inspiration in nature, travel, and flea markets. While a painting student at SCAD, she turned to graphic design and illustration as a means of artistic expression, and has since expanded her passions to include collage, sewing, and repeat pattern making.  She currently resides in Delaware.
