The 21 Principles: Inspire to Learn (A Teacher's Journal) is a series of informational learning tools developed and designed to assist teachers with classroom management through activity planning. The 21 Principles was developed and implemented during author and teacher Morgan Punkston's fifteen years in the classroom through a desire to improve and promote her students' studies. Morgan's teaching principles were first introduced in the middle grades and have proven to be highly adaptable in high school and adult education classrooms. With The 21 Principles: Inspire to Learn (A Teacher's Journal), other educators have a powerful opportunity to "Grow from a zero to a hero," just as Morgan did in her highly rewarding teaching career.Hinweis: Dieser Artikel kann nur an eine deutsche Lieferadresse ausgeliefert werden.
Morgan Pinkston entered the education classroom with a master's in business and technology education, adult education, and a business portfolio of finance, sales, technology training, and marketing positions with Fortune 100 companies. She thought that her twenty years of corporate training would give her an edge as an educator, but the classroom was the biggest challenge that she had ever faced-in the first year, she struck out.She discovered that teaching is the only profession where one must balance all their emotions and call on all their resources-psychology, sociology, and leadership (PSL)-to inspire students to learn. For that reason, teachers require continuous support throughout that critical first year. When Morgan served as caretaker and mentor for her nephew, she had the opportunity to provide consistent, poignant advice on teaching and learning. Her nephew graduated second in his high school class with a great appreciation for teachers, and he urged his aunt to share her helpful experience and knowledge in a book for other educators.
