Autorenporträt
Morissa Rubin is a graphic designer. Her work has been recognized by the National Endowment for the Arts, the Sacramento Advertising Club, the American Institute of Graphic Arts, and Graphic Design USA. After many years working in-house at the Mondavi Center for the Arts and at UC Davis, she maintains a solo design practice. She has worked on a large variety of projects including logos and brand identity, brochures, magazines, signage, general collateral and advertising for both printed and digital media for a range of clients including the Girl Scouts and University of the Pacific. She received her BFA in graphic design from the Rhode Island School of Design and her MS from MIT's Visible Language Workshop. She lives in Sacramento, California where she teaches typography and other design courses at UC Davis and Sacramento State University. You can follow her work on Instagram at @morissa.s.childrensbooks
