Mathieu Alemany Oliver is Associate Professor of Marketing at TBS Education Toulouse, France, and Academic Director of a graduate program dedicated to the management of cultural and creative activities. Russell W. Belk is York University Distinguished Research Professor, Royal Society of Canada Fellow, and Kraft Foods Chair in Marketing at the Schulich School of Business at York University, Canada. He is past president of the International Society of Marketing and Development.
