Curriculum, which is generally viewed as the guiding principle for teachers at different levels of Education has either been misconstrued, misinterpreted and/or misinplemented in most Nigerian schools. This scenario, coupled with the inadequacies of the curriculum has necessitated the need to constantly carry out research to improve the quality of teachers who are the key implementers of the curriculum. This book contains a report of a study carried out to assess the implementation of the English Language Curriculum in selected Junior Secondary Schools in Kaduna, Nigeria. The findings reported in this book will be of immense benefits to teachers, teachers-in-training, ESL students, curriculum planners, policy makers, parents and the society in general since it is geared towards improving the teaching of English As a second language.
