Autorenporträt
Mackline Ingabire, holds a masters of laws degree(LLM) in Criminal Justice from the university of Cape Town, South Africa and bachelor's degree in law(LLB) from the University of Rwanda. Currently she is a University lecturer at the two private Universities and is a corporate adviser to a reputable company- Rwanda Kigali.
