It is very difficult state, perceive or make functional of sexual health without focusing on sexuality, which encapsulates some vital behaviours and developments concerning sexual health. The working definition of sexuality is: "A central aspect of being human throughout life encompasses sex, gender identities and roles, sexual orientation, eroticism, pleasure, intimacy and reproduction. Sexuality is experienced and expressed in thoughts, fantasies, desires, beliefs, attitudes, values, behaviours, practices, roles and relationships. While sexuality can include all of these dimensions, not all of them are always experienced or expressed. Sexuality is influenced by the interaction of biological, psychological, social, economic, political, cultural, legal, historical, religious and spiritual factors" (WHO, 2006, www.who.int). The two concepts; sexuality and sexual behaviour are so much complicated that its operation begins early in life and proceeds till death or sometimes the entire life cycle. "Sexuality of a person includes his or her knowledge, attitudes, values, beliefs, self concept and behaviours. It is influenced by individual's environment which comprises family, society, beliefs and faith. The source of knowledge and learning includes parents at first, friends at next, environment, religion, media, culture, school, teacher, law and books." (ReCAPP & ETR Associates, 2011.
