Dr. Madison Ngafeeson is a business professor, leadership coach, and public speaker. Madison utilizes his twenty-five years of leadership experience to offer executive leadership training and mentorship around the world. Through his organization, LEAD Missions International, he has trained leaders from over fifty countries. As an African-born immigrant from Cameroon, Madison is passionate about leadership coaching in the developing nations of the world and has offered keynote addresses to government, business, and higher education sector executives.
