She holds a master¿s degree in IT management from the National University of Singapore(NUS). Her work has appeared in the ICIS 2012 Proceeding and PACIS 2012 Proceeding among others. She also has published chapters in Information Systems Theory: Integrated Series in Information Systems (Springer) and Citizen e-Participation in Urban Governance(IGI)
