The aim of this project was to carry out a change model in the Orthopedics Clinic at King Abdullah University Hospital in Jordan. While the objectives of the project were to improve patient satisfaction through improving the average waiting time for patient who visit the Orthopedics Clinic and eliminate the non-added value processes from a patient's journey in hospital. The change was happening because of current long waiting time for patients who visits the orthopedics clinics, which in turn created a sense of dissatisfaction among many patients. So to change that, we provide every patient want to go to x-ray department with paper contain the required instructions to do the x-ray and contain a mini map to help patient to arrive to x-ray department and go back quickly. Also, in order to reduce the waiting time at an x-ray department, we eliminated some processes that do not add any value to patients and restructure the work process in it by specifying two x-ray rooms for imaging outpatient clinic and two rooms for emergency and inpatient where the majority of the workload at radiology department come from outpatient clinic.
