The intent of my book is to assist writers of all ages and levels of expertise in improving their skills in discovering the attributes of successful paragraph construction with an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of writing award-winning essays. The most critical component of competitive success is the ability to translate an idea into a comprehensive written report. The MEALS (Main point, Evidence, Analysis, Logic, and synonym), an acronym, is a tool designed to act as a guide to promote ease and excellence in writing endeavors. During his graduate work, Dr. Elsayess developed a new tool with the acronym MEALS. The MEALS method could assist while creating written works to earn a degree. In addition, using this method could allow students to move ahead with a good competency level for writing. Dr. Elsayess utilized the MEALS tool for assessing his students and developing his book. Not only did Lovitts (2007) report a high rate of unacceptable dissertations would lead to university dropout, but also, Lovitts (2007) reported that the Council of Graduate Schools indicated that "a 50% student dropout rate, writing the dissertation reported as the major stumbling block." Reference: Lovitts, B. E. (2007). Making the implicit explicit: Creating performance expectations for the dissertation. Stylus Publishing, LLC

Autorenporträt
Since January 2013, Dr. Elsayess has been administering and guiding numerous doctoral candidates for earning their degrees and he credited them for the development of his book with the title: The Anatomy of an English Paragraph. The questions, the challenges, and the debates that my students raised have guided me in the development of this book, I thank them for raising questions and learning from their unnational typing anomalies. The author spent many hours searching for a book with similar content without success. There are a large volume of books covering English grammars and at the high spectrum books with well written paragraphs. But none of these books could assist students for the development of a well written English Paragraph such as my book. Visit: http://www.elsayess.com
