By presenting solutions at the level of national lists presented and the protection of cultural property to the domestic legislation in Croatia. Starting from the fact that the protection of the illegal export of cultural goods which are considered part of the national treasure, it is my opinion that this study can serve as a guide as it provides useful information about the EU policy of realizing the protection of cultural heritage.

In Zagreb lives since 1994, where she finished after graduate scientific studies in European Law (2011), working at the Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds.
