Today, the tourism industry is one of the largest and most productive economic activities in the world that creates the highest amount of added value and directly and indirectly affects other economic and cultural activities. The availability of suitable lodging facilities is one of the important elements for tourism development in a region. The most important of these lodging facilities are hotels. Although hotels in Iran attract many tourists each year and earn a lot of money, the lack of success criteria from managers' perspectives has led to problems in developing hotels and managing them. Therefore, the present study identifies key criteria of success in hospitality management from the perspective of senior and middle managers of hotels. The research method has a descriptive-survey nature and is an applied purpose type.
