Autorenporträt
Makenzie was born in San Francisco California and raised in Bayview hunters point. She is the youngest of four children (mother side) and the only girl. Makenzie started writing poetry and short stories by the tender age of nine and continued writing throughout her life. She enjoys spoken word, creative writing and singing. She lives in the bay area with her husband and two-year-old son and currently working on a book of short stories.
