Malcolm Trosclair was born in Lafayette Louisiana in 1955 and is the first of six children.After high school, he joined the US Navy and served aboard the aircraft carrier USS Saratoga. On leaving the service, he worked on offshore oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico for eleven years before becoming a sailing instructor in the Caribbean. In January 1992, one of his students, a deacon from a Fort Lauderdale Florida church, led him to the Lord at Marigot Bay, St Lucia.Three years later, Malcolm met his future wife while on a short-term mission trip. Since then, Malcolm and Kay have been faithfully serving the Lord through their local church.
