Marco Odello is Senior Lecturer in Law at the Department of Law & Criminology, Aberystwyth University, UK. He teaches International Law, Human Rights, European Law and Comparative Public Law. He is a member of the International Institute of Humanitarian Law and Editor of The Cambrian Law Review. Francesco Seatzu is Professor of International and EU Law, University of Cagliari, Italy. He is the author of several articles in public and private international law published in Italy and foreign countries, including Insurance in Private International Law: A European Perspective (Oxford, 2003), The World Bank Inspection Panel (Turin, 2008).
