Jewel of Atlantia Poisoned by the evil sorceress Dalal, the pregnant Nerissa, wife of King Triton, gives birth two beautiful twin girls before dying. The girls, destined to save their undersea kingdom Atlantia from Dalal¿s clutches, are separated and sent away for their own safety from Dalal. The sisters grow up in completely different environments: While one is aware of her destiny and spends her life preparing for it, the other, Serena, is raised ignorant of her heritage and her destiny. As she reaches adulthood and discovers her secret past, the young woman sets out on a quest to reunite with her sister to save their father and their kingdom. Will they be able to overcome the obstacles in their paths and combine their powers in time? Inspired by a vivid dream about two mermaid sisters, author Mara J. McBean spun the seeds of that fascinating story into a riveting tale of intrigue. Jewel of Atlantia is an action/adventure that pits the classic good vs. evil theme against reader expectations, offering surprises at every turn.
