Autorenporträt
Margaret-Ann Farmer was born and raised in Mineola, where she has worked as a children's librarian for the past 15 years. Farmer also served as a member of the centennial committee formed in 2006 to celebrate Mineola's incorporation. Cathy Sagevick is a librarian and the assistant director of the Mineola Memorial Library. She has a special place in her heart for the friendly village of Mineola. Both authors are active members of the Mineola Historical Society, where they procured the extensive collection of images featured within.
