The authors present their experience regarding Wegener¿s granulomatosis in patients addressed to the ENT Department Timisoara, ¿Victor Babes¿ University of Medicine and Pharmacy Timisoara, Romania. All the patients presented multiorganic involvement. The prolonged evolution in a stable condition in one patient represented a particular aspect.
