Marion Grobb Finkelstein proudly notes that she's been married for three decades--all to the same man, lucky Stephen Finkelstein, the inspiration for the Finkelstein FactorTM. They live in Niagara Falls, Ontario. This book, The Finkelstein FactorTM (What to do when things go wrong ... because you know they will (sigh), marks Marion's first book as the sole author, although she's contributed to two anthologies and written many magazines articles and blogs. As a communication consultant and former Director Communications for national museums, international airports, and Canadian federal institutions, Marion has been dishing out practical, hands-on communication tips and strategies across Canada for decades. If she's not presenting workplace communication keynotes and workshops at association conferences and corporate client in-house training sessions, Marion is spending summers golfing near her Niagara Falls home or escaping Canadian winters in Florida. She values authentic communication and helps leaders at all levels build teams and leverage their own unique personalities and communication styles. Marion holds an Honours Bachelor of Administration degree, Marketing Research and Media Communications college certificates, and is also True ColorsTM and Personality DimensionsTM certified.
